The MICE scope of work is UNLIMITED and can extend to meet any requirement. It can encompass to name a few:

• On-Site Coordinator- Our advance working team will pre-check every movement in order to ensure the program operates smoothly. A help desk is set on site to provide any ad-hoc assistance, ticket reconfirmation, local travel information, optional tour reservation and etc.
• Top Executives & Special Guests – For your top executives and special guests, we will provide the following services:-
  – Meet and Assist service for VIPS
  – Limousine transfer
  – In flight welcome announcement
  – In flight souvenirs
• Briefing Party – A Briefing party will be arranged for each group before departure. Helpful travel information, such as itinerary, local culture, weather and other general tourist information are provided in details. This briefing party could be arranged at a hotel function room, restaurant, Travel’s conference room or even organizer’s office as preferred.
• Special Events & Theme Parties – Our Programs are always filled with new, innovative and creative ideas. We can design and organize imaginative theme parties, welcome and gala dinners according to different client’s needs and company’s culture.
